Samsung tv engineers help.

Samsung model LE40M87BDX/XEU.

Switches on/off at random every 20/30 seconds.

Have changed all capacitors on power panel.
changed eeprom on av panel.
when i enter engineers panel and switch
Ready to on the tv works fine but cant
tune any tv channels.
if i switch ready to off and switch watchdogs
off again it works fine but still no channels
can be tuned.
have tried a full rest but dosent make any
differece.
hope this makes sense be obliged for any help.
