    Boomerang (kids channel)

    Has anyone got the frequency (28.2e) for Boomerang, I've tried the one on King of sats but still no joy ??

    Well I cant scan these in

    All i get for that frequency are the Sony Asian channels.

    the latest CNN ( fta )and some other scrambled cartoon n/w channels are on that same transponder

    My lads Uno has been connected to the same dish and lnb as all my other box's for the last couple of years with no issue's.

    But for some reason I could not scan in this transponder either manually, or on a network scan, no channels would appear.

    In the end I manually added them to his box using the channel list from 1 of my others, but the channels were low signal 32% and breaking up (all other channels still perfect and 75%+).

    Anyway I messed about with the coax and the signal improved a little (48%) if I moved it away from the power lead, but not enough to make it stable.

    So today I swapped out the coax from his box, for some new coax (the cheap crap that s*y installers use now), and all of a sudden this transponder is 80%+ signal on his box now).

    So it looks like this transponder might be 1 of those that suffer with interference from other appliances around the house.
