chelsea and liverpool tv

Can anyone tell me if chelsea tv or liverpool tv usually have live matchday commentary (possibly radio commentary) ?
I know mutv does so was just wondering about these channels

Chelsea tv , Liverpool tv and even Man Utd TV all have live matchday commentary With on screen display of Score card but Live Video Feeds are not permitted to air Live , i believe this is the very reason why you only see recorded games on those channels and very rare to find live feeds on those channels unless its possibly Pre-season friendly games or Reserve league games Live everything else is delayed transmissions .

I know LFC tv have commentary of all games & when they are at home, they usually have the live camera pointing at the kop & you get to see the crowds reaction when things happen on the pitch.
