Latest patch even tried old one its connected as it downloaded the iptv file

Checked the internet connection, as you state you can get IPTV. Have you also checked your MAC address?

had same problem. have a look in spiderbox settings at mac address. then look in router setting at mac address mine was different. so box went back.might be worth a look.

IKS is not working at all Saturday morning on my 9000, it says connected but clears nothing, I've tried all the usual methods to restart it but so far nought.

Its reported as down on other boards as well, tring is reported as working again so it looks like a maintenance issue their end. ( tring isn't working but bits of digit alb are)

Little bits of IKS are still working but mostly its down at the mo.

Yours is a slightly different scenario, your 9000 receiver is receiving the IKS channels from a paid subscription, and other forum, the OP's receiver is a New 6000 and the IKS Channels are the gift channels received for 12 months, and for some reason he is having problems making the connection to those channels.

alot of the iks channels are down with me also,,,,with some including tring working but limited.......maintenance i would think

Mine down too, just some limited channels .I guess the tech guys will be aware.

The IKS channels have been gradually coming back on in the last few hours.

Whats available with IKS?just recently got this box so all new to it,got Tring channels working after reading this thread,it also states that expires on 22/7/2014 but Tring channels still open??,Cheers.

if its a new box the expiry should be 2015 , not 2014

He could check Menu - Others -> Network -> Press OK -> IKS -> Press OK -> Check Expiry Date.

Strange,just checked again and it does say 2015,could of sworn it said 2014

Its the hot weather, we all get a bit jaded especially with the extra refreshment we have to indulge in to stay hydrated !
