hi all, I am having problems with redtube, is it down ? or is it my end ? I have tried all the usual things , reboot. repatch etc but the problem still remains which is when I click on a clip it says " file not supported" and then the box switches itself off. I have tried a older patch but the problem remains. can anyone shed any light on this ? thanks
It would appear that you have an old patch on your receiver, as it was fixed with the following patch:
