You don't need to ftp, run oscam and config using your remote. I think its the red button to start it and to config. If you need any further help let me know and I'll connect the S3700 back up and talk you through it.

The easeist way is to ftp the oscam server file to var/keys, have done it myself with c lines, both in spark & enigma 2(pkt team).
