Blackhole Images not loading on Vu Duo

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me please, I purchased two new Vu Duo's (Korean) and want to put a Blackhole Image on it, as its my preference over other images. I am familiar with the set up etc but cant get it to load, once the flash has been completed. Stuck on boot screen, with the timer spinning. I installed Vix etc and they are going OK. Its just all the Blackhole images I have tried. I rang the suplpier and he sent me a link from Satpimps and I tried it, the exact same? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you checked the boot loader, on the VU+ Duo, is the latest version?
If Black Hole 2.1.0 has loaded try turning the receiver off, at the rear, removing the USB stick, then turning it on again.

if you have Another usb stick in the back,,,??? remove that and try install again...
