Sorry for not being around for a while. This morning my spiderbox died after 4 years of great service.
I've been reading up all day on here and I've now decided to buy a new RX off Lee Goldwafers, I bought my spiderbox off him. Just wanted to know before I go into checkout can I add clines to the vu+ solo, need to purchase this tonight as I've only got teresstial TV to watch tonight and its crap.
The VU+ Solo is a Linux based receiver, so slightly more complex than the Spiderbox, but yes they do take C Lines.
You might want to read the guides, on the forum, before it arrives.
Thank you Mickha, no problem with Linux still have my dreambox here gathering dust. Cheers for answering my post, will order the solo from Lee right now :-)
spend the extra and get a VU+ Duo...£199 now
Too late d00ds Lee has set the solo up for me so I can plug it in straight out of the box tomorrow when it arrives. Super service from Goldwafers :-)
