You can capture the http rtsp and rtmp streams url's for use with your simpleTv or other player.
Also great to monitor the internet traffic on you own computer, with this tool you can see where your pc is connecting helping to trace unwanted programs that send out your data to the net.

After you have captured the rtmp stream with the urlhelper, you can copy that streams url and on that page easily convert it to the SimpleTv friendly format.
