Hello Guys,
I have a "SkyStar 2 DVB-S PCI Card" and installed progdvb and dvbviewer for watching tv channels.
Is there any way to unlock scrambled channels like "Viva Polska" using softwares like "Progdvb" or anything else?
Thank you.

I know nothing about your equipment so I will let someone in the know answer your question.
In the meantime though while you are awaiting a reply, you can watch that channel online here:

Congratulations Friend !
Is never to late to make a First Post !:respect-051:
To be honest there is not much opening with a s/w emu and a key file.
If you download the file here https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthrea...l=1#post896502 and open softcam.key in a text editor it will show the channels/bouquets that are open.
A good set of channels to test vPlug etc. are the ORF ones on Astra1 at 19.2E
As far as a s/w emu goes, I am still using vPlug but there are others. vPlug is quite old and not being updated but others are making fixes available for it.
Of course, there are other emu's that support card sharing but we will get our knuckles rapped is we discuss that too deeply here.
In short, Google vPlug and softcam for more info.
Having said the above, the TNT France bouquet (CAID: 030B00 only) is opening with vPlug and a new Viaccess.mdl plus updated keys.
Only found it last night.
