how to enter biss codes for 27.5w

hi just bought the technomate 5402 m2 I have installed TM-5402-M1-M2-24-10-2013 Phanthom patch which is ok no problem but the channels on 27.5w are not opening someone mentioned I need to install a key file although could not see anything about softcam keys.
I looked at the biss menu on the reciever all 40 lines are filled but none are similar to the latest keys all the keys how do you know what line the reciever is looking for.
I have seen 8 pairs of 2 for keys but on the reciever it is 16 pairs of 2 I don't have any idea how to put in the extra info into the extra spaces I know that you need a provider id if anyone can help or point me to a link or a file already updated would be appreciated.

I can enter the keys manually just need some guidance from the more experienced out there.

you only need to enter the first 16 the other 16 are repeated so leave as Zero's the box will fill them in, you can use any line you require after entering the Key just exit and the box should ask you to save. Job Done

I have modified the 1st line and entered the key the key is from 30th October this seems to be the latest key as you explained but still not opening channels message no audio and video I have check to make sure on right sat and rescanned which proved that the sat was ok but no clearing of channels not sure what to check next if you can help it would be appreciated.

first delete this channels because when you scan it is giving wrong VPID APID PPID MPEG4 it best to and do the manually

1) Go to Menu
2) Go to Edit Channels
3) Go to Add Channels
4) Transponder 11485 V 44100
5) Channel Name,using your remote enter BBC ONE HD write down with the keyboard
6) Channel Type > TV
7) Video PID 6601
8) Audio PID 6602
9) PCR PID 6601
10) Video Type H264
11) Audio Type MPEG4
then Exit button and save the changes
Select BBC ONE HD channel and using your remote enter 8280 add BISS Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Click the Exit button and save the changes and it should work fine

Add all channels as above.
Once all entered, enter the biss key just once and use for each channel in the usual way ie go to channel select 8280 and select correct biss key then exit.
Must be done for all channels.

can you tell me 2 channels I was unable to open utv hd stv hd are they open all other channels ok
