newbie spiderbox 6000 owner help please

Hi,
New to the Forum which looks very helpful although I struggle with some of the shorthand some contributors use. I have a Spiderbox 6000 which was installed a few months ago by a friend of a friend. When the box lost power due to a tripped fuse it also lost all the gifted stations and I have not been able to restore them. If anybody has a suggestion I would appreciate ideas. I am very excited by the idea of having IPTV but have never loaded a patch as yet so am not sure where to download it from... again any help would be appreciated.
