I have tried Spaze, Open ATV, OAM, RSI images but none could open 422 feeds.
Can anyone please let me know if any of the E2 images are able to do this.
Thanks

If none are able, can I easily go back to the original FW? Using AZUp?
Sorry, maybe I was not clear enough. All images open 4.2.2 feeds and already posted on the forum here:
https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthrea...nd-4-2-2-feeds
SD 422 yes. But I have now discovered only the original FW can decode MPEG 4 - 4.2.2
i dont beleive thats true - but i will look out for some HD 4.2.2 feeds to check.
Its true. I have been testing it with Tennis in HD 4.2.2 and all E2 images, you can hear the sound - but no picture. Apparently, it is because all the images are missing the required codec
Such a shame, but this is a deal breaker for me, so I have to go back to original FW
I am running AZBox Premium HD+, Image Openrsi 3.0, Kernel 3.3.1, Enigma 2012-12-22. Is there any truth that '4-2-2' reception only works on original firmware? If so then that is really really sad as that is the whole reason I bought the AZBox. I know I can revert to original software but is it really the case that I have to?
Could it be a codec issue - I have seen elsewhere that the AZBox ME will not display H.264 '4-2-2' channels but will do MPEG2 '4-2-2'.
I am not sure what the '4-2-2' feeds were that I have tried so far since being on current firmware but all have had issues such as a.) picture 'oscillation' and very low volume, b.)only sound & the picture stays on a still of the last channel watched or c.) frequency scan finds broadcast but then get message 'tuner failed'.
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. Seems really sad.
That pretty much sucks if its true. I just bought one for G.A.A feeds and am in the process of setting it up at present. I suppose it's not too bad as long as the original firmware has soft cam facilities, if so I can live with that. Anyone got any further info on this?
