gibertini 1m and black ultra LNB placement

guys i want to prepare as much as possible.

any gibby owners know if the lnb is best as far forward to the dish, or away from it.

on my setup its 2 inches from the back of the lnb to the back edge of the holding bracket.you will not be far off with this,only small adjustments will need to be made.

near the front of the dish, or away from it...ive got it 10mm from furthest forwards towards dish

lnb is best in the middle of neck on lnb for dish bracket.

my black ultra is as far away from my gibby as possible , to see more of the dish .

i am sorry i was not clear.put the lnb in the bracket until halfway in,then gradually pull it out towards you until 2inches are showing on the back end you are pulling up to the holding bracket edge.this is the best position to get decent signals across the sat arc.then you may make some small clockwise anti clockwise tweaks to peak the signal.i hope this helps.sorry for the confusion.
