vu+duo time set up ?

since the clocks went foward by 1 hour my box still
shows 1 hour behind i have tried the usual settings
in timezone but cant seem to manage to get the time
set.
is there anyway to do this manual using blackhole 2.0.0
be obliged for any help thanks.
