adding channels to favourites

hi guys,
firstly would like to thank everyone in my last thread who helped me set up my box
im trying to make it user friendly for the wife and was wondering how u add channels to the blue button faves and how i can add a faves 2 for my footie but thats not important.
im usings cats eyes latest list.

o and not sure how this works but im happy for my settings up thread to be closed if thats how things work.

or you use the 2 channel editors listed in post #9 of the sticky thread
