Dish will not move past 13 east

Hi

Can someone please help me

I am tring to setup a motorized system

I have a Icecrypt s3000 receiver that I am trying to setup with a Dark Motor

I can get the dish to move west no problem at all

It is when I try and move the dish east it go's as far as 13 east on stops and that is it

I have reset the receiver to factory reset twice and still can't get past 13 east

I have also tried the bottons on the bottom of the motor to move the dish

I have also tried to move the dish in the antinna satyp menu and then use limit set to move the dish
Again it move west ok but sticks at 13 east and stops

Try to reset motor....

RESET = press both Buttons in same time for 3-4 second you see bliping..
