Which receiver for blindscanning feeds?

If a cable fault introduced a short wouldn't that prevent any voltage reaching the LNB? I've read reports of LNBs being fried when there's a diseqc motor inline, can't remember the details but something about plugging in the LNB coax when it's all powered rings a bell. There was a thread about it on a UK based satellites. forum, I'll see if I can find it.

I had a diseqc motor when the sky star 2 fried my LNB.

Can someone confirm the TBS 6925 card can go in the PCIe X1 slot? As I have a geforce card in my 16X slot.

yes i got one 2 weeks ago and thats where i had to put mine
