DVB-S2 10.0e 11.304 30000 V 4/5 8PSK "Service- 123 HD" PLTV

I'm using Vu+Duo with BH 1.7.2

Really confused on this one. Had PLTV working fine before (using constant.cw in usr/keys) they altered the broadcast on the PLTV_enc1 frequency.

Using DVB-S2 10.0e 11.304 30000 V 4/5 8PSK "Service- 123 HD I get no signal, but when I do a search using 5/6 as the symbol rate (as per Lyngsat info), I get a signal of 72% coming in, but it's not clearing, and the display shows a symbol rate of 9/10, even though the search was on 5/6????

Everyone seems to be getting it in on 3/4, but no signal for me and not clearing on 5/6 (or 9/10?). Do I have to alter anything in the constant.cw file while using frequency/symbol rate?

Service -123 HD = PLTV
SID HEX: 007B

Is that amending 1FFF to 007B in constant.cw
I've done this still not clearing

try changing the sid which was 0006 before to 007b but leave the 1fff as it was

Awesome mate - got it back. It was not knowing which part of the line of coding was the SID, you saying it was previously 0006 allowed me back in.

Weirdly when OK pressed twice to get frequency info, it still gived symbol rate as 9/10. Not worried about that bit!!!

How can you change SID on vu+ UNO? As not clearing for me.

You change the sid manually in whatever key file you are using. (softcam perhaps?)

you dont change it on the Uno you change it in the Constant.cw file where the keys are, the Guys above have pretty much spelt out how to do it

In a vu+ go into your constant.cw file rename 0006 to 007f in the pltv line all should work then

does it look in exactly the same format as the other lines with k*y starting 11 just put anywhere in CW with free line.

open your softcam,scroll down to pltv and replace keys with these i have uploaded
