    Scrambled Channel Assistance please

    Hi all.

    I have one scramble channel that is making my head hurt.

    ""y 3D.

    mgcamd 1.38a
    firmware 2.11.30
    fdu121102

    On the old Ch list it was on ch57 and although there was and never was any EPG info, there was another channel displaying in its place.

    I confirmed its on my subscription then loaded the latest FDU and now it appears on 812 and 813 with EPG info but is scrambled no matter what I do.

    The service provider told me its due to not running enigma / crossepg.

    Can anyone assist or advise please ?

    Seem to have sorted it.

    Reset the box and I can now watch David At. in 3D.
