scroll down until you find 11387
press Red, (this brings up the key edit box)
Change the ECM_PID from 0000 to 1FFF
and check the key is correct

hi there ive put key in few times does not open ,do i have to do anything with ECM-PID .ive folled guide have it before but just cant get my head round this,cheers
Please check your channel information, for PLTV, just because it is listed as 11387 does not mean you have scanned it in as that, especially on the Spiderbox. Go to 10E, select PLTV and press Info, to view the channel information, the details you enter, in the BISS key section, need to match these.
If it is scanned in at 11387 go into the BISS menu and delete all listings for 11387 then add the key again.

Solved! forgot to remove the old key which forces coconut to search for the new one.

Looks like 11837 has gone Tandberg encryption.
11304 probably follow or disappear altogether.

i expect mutv may be moving transponders as well in a couple of days goin on the message top right of screen

Looks like 11837 has stopped using Biss. We knew it would come when the keys kept getting posted all over the net.
hope your right, i think the change in transponder for pltv seems to put my signal up by about 7% and took the glitches away !

the key is no longer working on the new transponder
so both channels are down , no solution
