Hi if i switch my hd9900 off when i come to view again i can get fta channels but no sly channels when i press pr button it says not connected it comes on after about 15 min this only happens when i switch the box off other wise working great any info would be gratefully appreciated.
Don't switch the box off.
a few things to consider/ the firmware on your spider is the latest available/the connection to your subbed server is ok/your isp with manual set on ip addy in spider connections [after auto pick up that is] and of course the connection speed in your location & maybe other equipment on the same line.

Thanks guys williamtell i will try those, satpaul i have a tp-link and 80 meg fibra optic i thought that it might be tp-link so tried direct with cable the same outcome. the tp-link are a excellent piece of kit no wires with out loss of speed.
