vu+ ultimo update to 1.7.9 from 1.7.6 and loss of picture on Hotbird

I have been happily running on Black Hole 1.7.6 with the odd green screen crash causing the box to reboot.
I have the first lnb tuner connected to 28 deg east which works fine on both image versions.

When I update to the latest Black hole version on the Hotbird satellite I only get the odd line showing on the tv screen and lower signal strength indicated.
I use Catseye motor settings and on the tuner 2 ,I use the simple motorised setup but drive the dish from another positioner.
The arm on the dish is seized but its o.k. as I only watch Hotbird on tuner 2.
I have done a manual scan on Hotbird but still get no picture even on the free to air channels.

If i go back to the earlier version of black hole the tv picture again works.
Hopefully this is simple to sort and somebody has come across it before. Thanks for any help.

Have you updated the firmware (FPGA) to version 4.5 ?

There are two ways to upgrade your box.

One is using your USB memory stick and the other is upgrading directly from the internet.

Option A) Using USB memory stick.
    1. Download the file named TS_PRO.dat_FPGA_4.5.zip attached to this post and unzip it.
    2. Copy the file TS_PRO.dat into USB memory stick.
    3. Attach USB memory stick to your box and restart. (or restart GUI)
    4. Goto FPGA plugin menu.
    5. Select the data file in USB memory stick and start 'Upgrade'.
    6. Restart your box.

Option B) Upgrade directly from the internet
    1. Goto FPG plugin menu.
    2. Download the data file by pressing 'Blue' button.
    3. Select the downloaded data file and start 'Upgrade'.
    4. Restart your box.
