HD chanel it crashes

MgCamd_1.38 use this + softcam file opens what open fine

flash 73%
problem 1 every time i go to any HD chanel it crashes
problem 2 want to put picons in hd or usb to save flash memory

works in media/usb/picon (put this is stored in flash not usb)
not in media/hdd/picon

The crash on HD channels is most likely down to your channel list being corrupt.
I have used all version for ages of Blackhole as set different universe for kids to me.
All hd channel work with no crashing but use my own channel list.
Try doing a backup, then down load another channel list see if it still crashes, you can always restor you old setup when confirmed.
I use Cccam as card in my other reciever and freinds, I dont bother with softcam have already loads to watch via my card and 5 freinds

if your running in Avalon everything is saved to the USB anyway,and not to flash memory.
the only thing i can think of as to why its crashing on HD channels is a corrupt settings file.

who's are you presently using ?

try someone elses.

put picon folder (42mb) all sat to usb stick with VuCC_V0.5 ftp

Hi john1,

Not up on Picon's (Don't no what thay do), but I have
a VU+ Uno too, the best Image for your
Uno is (OpenVix) It's spacifically desiggned for the Uno.
It have a green dot in the Info bar that tells you when
there is a new software update.
When it flashes you just goto Menu- Steup- Softwae Update.
It uploads to your Uno, loads all your settings back
in, also your (CCcam.cfg), my settings
are by (Catseye) the best set of settings around.

My CCcam.cfg opens all (SD/HD/3D) channels
from 28e to Hisapast 30w. more than 1000 channels
to pick from. Never mist a match.

Last night Openvix had a new update 370 from 368.
It took 2 minuts to Update to Openvix 3.0 370.
The Openvix never frezzes of crashes, (As Yet) with
this new software update.
I Was viewing, 007 channel, Drama channel, last night 28e
and openvix was as solid as a Rock.

if your using mutiverse and running in Avalon under /autofs/ you should have your hdd which is sda1 and your 4 partitions sdb1 - sdb4 for your usb stick

these are symbolically linked from /mnt/hdd or /mnt/usb

so if you place your picons in /media/usb they will be in the directory that Avalon is presently using.
or if you wish to have them on the HDD then send them to /media/hdd

i dont use BH but there may also be settings in the menus to change the default picon directory.this is /media/usb/ by default so if you want them on the HDD then you will have to change these settings to /media/hdd/ in these menus.someone using BH will have to confirm if these settings exist in the BH menus or not.

dont forget to chmod them and also remember that picons have to be the correct size for the skin that you are using.
if they are the wrong size they wont show.

Hi john1,

When you try VTI can you tell me how long
it takes to bootup.
I tryed (Quite good) VTI 20120-826970052 VUUno
and it took 3 to 4 minuts to bootup, then
it would always start on 19e Sport Germany Channel.
It had a problem with freezing.
