need help on channel master feedhorn

I have a channel master offset dish 1.8 mtr for which I used to have a feedhorn with a normal lnb (not universal) attached to it.
Now I am wondering if this feedhorm would also do its job if attached to it is a good universdal lnb.
Deos anyone know anything on this subject and can help me out with this question.

thanks in advance for any comment.

yes you can use the feedhorn attached to a c120 lnb inverto invacom are 2 to consider you can also use lnbf inverto blackline is a good all round performer you will need to use universal type wideband ect not normally used these days

if you prepared to put in a little work this post will benefit you , it you want to just bolt up a lnb to the feedhorn then go the inverto c120 type.

I used normal non-C120 Universal LNB's on my Channel Master Offset dish without any problem. No need for any CM feedhorn.
