I have compiled a Mega plugin Compendium by using jasonterry's all in one plugin and adding all the plugins and updating some as well.
Its a one install plugin bundle.
The included plugins are as follows:

MCAS,
MCAS client,
Coconut,
Xcam client,
Xcam Config,
MGcam 1.83a
MGcam config
WebIo.

Also included:
"Jasonterry's" Astra2 channel list with CBS Reality corrected.
The addon's have been updated and checked to be working including Fashion TV.
The FreeTV+ selection is the same as in Jasonterry's all-in one plugin.

Removed the MGcamd auto start so you will need to this manually if you need it.
