    Just ordered New VU solo Remote control NOT working

    Hi I have just ordered a new Vu Solo and when i get to the setup screen Video INput selection I cannot press ok. I have changed the battery and checked none of the remote buttons are pushed in.

    I have also tried to hold 2+7 Help and then type 0001 but this has not worked

    please help...

    Did you get the remote from that ******* site ?

    If yes then it is a replica and not an original so that may be your problem.
