openbox s11 and sly mini dish

ok my friend and his dad have openbox s11's, my friends box works fine from his sly mini dish, but his dads box has issues, we no its not the box at fault as we tested it, but what the issue is that he only receives certain hd channels. all the sd chanels apart from a cpl work fine, any ideas what could be the problem??

I had this problem with the S9 for a friend, worked fine on my quad LNB but not on his octo, even changed LNB but to no avail. Look on that ******* site item 251045504050 for a fix.

My friend bought that and now all HD channels are working great.
