Paste the c line into the CCcam.cfg file and save it.

FTP the CCcam.cfg file to the etc folder on the Duo.

Restart CCcam from the blue panel.

If you have cccam.cfg in etc and cccam started then all should work.

Have you looked at the file in etc to inspect its contents? Might be that paste failed? Check the format against the sealion you were given. Silly question but you are certain the sealion is a good un?
Also check the attributes on cccam.cfg and make sure read & execute for all are enabled. If numerical then set it to 755 or 777 and try again.

make sure you have pasted c line onto an empty line i.e. without the hash key

The file name is case sensitive so make sure the file name is called CCcam.cfg
If you've created the CCcam.cfg file in Windows notepad it's probably called the file CCcam.cfg.txt which is no good.

Use the rename option in your FTP program to rename the file to CCcam.cfg

Then FTP CCcam.cfg to the etc folder and restart CCcam. That's all you have to do.

If you have loaded CCcam you will find the existing one already in image.
This one must be replaced when you FTP over using vucc 0.5.
You do not need to reboot it will start within a minute.

One other point you have told it to use Cccam.
Go to channel, press blue button.
what cam is sellected it should be CCcam at top, use left and right to select.

here is an example of a c line

    C: hostname.no-ip.org 12000 name2 password2 no

replace the hostname , port , name and password with your own

as long as the c line is in the installed or replaced cccam.cfg file in var/etc, and if cccam emu is selected and running the system should work

I use flashfxp to edit the file in situ or to ftp a replacement one over

plenty of info on this in the dreambox newbie forum
