Could be a frequency selection problem - Diema and discovery on 12524H ,
but Nova Sport and Diema Family on 12688H ?

but the softcam keys published a few days ago for the spiderbox mean my spider is working again

Yes,the new keys were out last night,so try putting them manually,or find yourself a today fresh softcam.

New softcam working perfectly on my TM6900HD Super - strange thing was that at first when I went into Nova Sport it wasnt actually scrambled for me!
