    Yes I agree. Charcoal seems more BBQ au naturelle and you get the right smell.

    Panikm should get one of those indoor ones in a silver dish. £5 pounds I think.

    I used to have 'Standard' BBQ which took about two hours to cook anything (from start to finisg), then I got a Stainless Steel one, like they use outside some of the larger pubs on hot sunny days.

    It's fantastic, fast, and cooks anything/everything beautifully in 15minutes max.

    Good reliable legs, steel tube design, inch and a half diameter.

    Obviously it's a professional device, but I got if for £100 (as an ex demo model), original cost, several hundred.
