difference i can see when the first plasma came out everything could be viewed on them , 3d still not a lot about and considering you can get a good 3d tv for about a grand altho you need to sit there like a numpty with sun glasses on 7 times the cost not worth it at all in my view.

if i had that kinda money i think it'd be better spent on something usefull ..?
anyways my OLD Philips 42" HD LED 3D with MPEG 4 Tuner and 2x USB and 2x scart and 4 x HDMI will just have to do for now not that there is much 3D stuff available at the moment anyways and i kinda prefer HD to 3D anyways since im just that lazy that i cant be arsed to put on them 3D glasses no more and even without 3D glasses i'd still have preference to HD quality .

i can never find me normal glasses or the correct remote when watching the telly now. let alone with more glasses to worry about. think i will hang on till it drops a bit more (about another 5000) till i invest.

lenticular glasses free 3d is a very limited in viewing angle. If you want quality 3d go to the cinema or get a projector. 3d need a huge image. The illusion of 3d is ruined on a tv as it doesnt fill enough of your field of view.

You can buy a 3D TV for £500 (with glasses) so if the progs are ****e there's nothing lost.
