i am thinking of buying a vu duo what channels can this box open and does it need a permermant internet conection

Not much use getting this kind of box if you don't keep it connected to the internet boxes like this are designed for CS.

we dont allow discussion of this type on here m8 , it gets whatever your srvr provides and thats all it will get

but srvr discussions are not allowed

read the posts by manikm and painter again , as they are quite clear in their meaning

there are only 2 boxes I know of that have the extras you are talking about , spider and protek , and I dont know of any others at all

linux boxes require you to provide the food they need from the net ( as do the vast majority of boxes )
