I had the same problem with mine, if you use the blue button on the remote for the configuration menu and change quality from low to High got things mostly working. It's still seems to be bit hit and miss some days it won't load anything at all:001_07: and others it works perfectly. Still can't complain as apart from this occasional glitch it's a great box:001_302:

No not as far as I know, I haven't got anything in IP or Port and have a connection.
Setting the quality from low to high will give you sound,
but if it fails to play! a quick Re-boot corrects this.

What is your Broadband Connection ?? You Tube was working Fine for me ? Untill my Spiderbox got a [ F100 ] I Am Running about [ 7mb/sec ] So the Faster your Broadband the better results you will get!!!!!!:respect-048:
I have a direct cable from the router,name is Inteno.Speed shold be ok as i can watch
YouTube on an other tv,also with a cable.The spider does connect to youtube,as i can see picture of film clips.It just dont come to live.
same here m8 did you ever get it working m8 mine been ok since had box just recently been doing this finds vids ok will not play
