    connecting ? issue

    Help guys
    I have loaded new patch and done everything as above with factory reset and sw update only, loaded softcam but when I check ethernet it just says not conected am I missing something

    forgot to say I have 9900 hd only had it for a week and ethernet was working until yesterday when it was saying connecting but never did
