    newbie needs help setting up 9900HD

    hi
    can anyone PLEASE HELP ME on installing spiderbox 9900?
    i have already the date of patching until next year but the chennels still appear SCRUMBLED.
    i have put softcam key and channel list
    what am i doing wrong???
