i just happened to mention to my wife that i was looking to buy a hd sat box.lo and behold my better half has just returned from a well known german supermarket l***** with a sat hd box.silver crest ssr 1080 a1 hd sat receiver.i am going to keep it whatever ,well ive got to havent i.iam keeping the wife as well.

if you need it for fta on 28e bbc hd ect then it will be ok if i'm correct you can also record with external drive but i personally do not have 1 it does have ci slot for cams not sure if it's multisat diseqc compatable

thanks for the reply ,i spent 4 hours on it yesterday ,the software is an absolute nightmare.it does do what you said ,but i would not say its easy to use.ive loaded 1400 + channels so far on various sats.it is multisat and will record on to a hard drive and usb stick .any more info and comments are most welcome,and thank you to those that have replied.
