OSCAM and AAF Images \ NDS3

Just to let you know...OSCAM in the summer image does not read a SLY UK (NDS3) white card. Apparently a fix is being developed.

Apparently OSCAM in the spring image DOES work with a NDS3 card, but you need to telnet into the box, and type in a command line, when i tried this, it complained of a missing symbol or something, so i've given up, and will await the SUMMER image fix.

an update:

AFTER some digging - there appears to be a fix - will try tonight.
I need to telnet into the box (SPRING image) and i need to load the funcemu library first ("insmod /var/lib/modules/funcemu.ko") and then to load the cardreader library ("insmod /lib/modules/sci-ng.ko").

after that, the /dev/sci0 problem should disappear, and my card should read ok.

I have OSCAM installed on both of my receivers. Both use Spring Edition. One (Master) has the Reader config below to read/write my SKY card (NOTE: above version 4066 I have problems - 4066 is perfect!). It provides ECMs for both receivers. My second receiver runs OSCAM as a slave and sends requests to the master.

ok so no patches needed, just download the latest SPRING image called "AAF_MediaCenter_Spring_at7000_US BFULL_FIX.rar"

SLY UK card (white card) working with OSCAM 4066 and AAF SPRING image (FIX)
just to confirm, i RE-downloaded the spring image from here, and OSCAM 4066 reads the SLY UK card fine.

(no need to put a BOXID in) or the reader config, worked straight from the downloaded plugin defualts.
