    free to view channels on spiderboxa

    after doing a s/w +all data update ive got free to view channels back on still wont connet to ethernet

    yes thats what i did all new updates and channel update i was getting nothing on but now i have free to view channels i have right mac address in my ip address is on auto but still wont connect to ethernet

    Try inputting the IP Address Manually, if it is all zero's

    This info was supplied to you in your thread on the other forum:

    If you haven't got a login ID, in the Ethernet listing, then it will not connect, try turning off your router, and Spiderbox, for a minute then turn them both on wait, now check if you have a login ID listed.

    Is there anything, in the Login ID, or is it blank? It is normally greyed out and not highlighted.

    its just blank and ive rebbooted both router and spiderbox loads of times
