No signal at all

Hi,

woke up to a dead reciever today. "No signal" on all channels! Thought the dish had been moved by the light storm but no effect in any direction, tried to change the lnb, no change. when I put the signal meter on it usally light up from the power of the reciever but now it didnt. Is my tuner dead or can there be other reasons?

Connecting some other receiver (old or borrowed) would answer your question. If there´s no signal either, then it´s moved dish or LNB or lost connection on coax. I still believe that´s the case.
