Maybe it wasn't very clear but if you want to download any of the channel list from the above you'd have to edit the channel download setting in settings screen as described:

HOME - SETTINGS - SYSTEM INFORMATION - Channel Download - INTERNET - edit url (Green Button ) change .com to .nl -by pressing the back button on the remote control, press OK twice, and then reboot by the switch on the back of the receiver..
