Only use this Flasher cleaner firmware into your S4000 if it is behaving strangely or you are suffering from blocked plugin's(unable to delete or overwrite).
It will remove any latent plugin's thus resetting this area of memory.
You should load this firmware via serial port using porter express.
Once you have transfered the flash cleaner firmware carry out a factory reset then load the latest firmware.
