    bluray working no stutters

up till now every bluray straight m2ts file i have played has stuttered etc.
i have the latest oozoon image on with the latest updates at the moment i am playing a straight bluray file uncut m2ts film unstopable from an external hard drive formated in ntsc and film is playing no probs at all with no glitches what so ever.
also just tested yogi bear in 3d bluray m2ts untouched with auto resolution on dm set to 1080p 24 played smoothy again from external hp hard drive . not test the internal yet .

the added bonus is for those of you who have a 3d tv you would not been able to select 1080p 24 smooth play when play theese type of videos from a pc as for some reason but when playing from dm i my tv now reconises the film as 1080p 24 witch is the best optimal setting for bluray 3d playback

just one small glitch witch is not to much of a problem most of the bluray m2ts files i have have dts audio which play no problem with the dts plugin but a few of them show as dts hd audio i can get it to play but only after restarting dreambox a couple of times or restarting the film sometimes volume starts at the begining of the film and just stops a restart of dreambox normaly soughts it out but this only apears to happen on dts hd audio .
    strange

I can Browse the Bluray Disc (never possible before) and see the m2ts files, and if you can read this kind of files from a hdd, it should be possible to do the same with a disc instead off a hdd or pc share !
Still testing, maybe will give a try with last oozoon.

Yeah, Like the nemesis 078, flash is now 256mb !

I need to make more tests, if you are capable to run/read m2ts files from an hdd, i must be able to do same directly with bd or dvd Disc !
I can actualy Browse the bd disc, and on Stream folder, i can see varios m2ts files, but when i press play, nothing happends.
No problem for dts, for exemple with mkv.

    Wait & see

Well, After some tests, something must be missing on 8000 !

Video From Bluray format (m2ts) with external hdd (pc shared)
    All Ok

    m2ts shared hdd

Bd is detected by dm8000, possible to browse the files, selected m2ts file, bd disc is running and reading, but Black Screen !
Something is missing, maybe copy protection ??
    Video From Internal Player

    Internal Bd Player

do you notice any difference in picture quality when playing m2ts from pc shared streaming i persume ? or is it much the same as exteranl hdd and dvd.

reason i ask is i have always thought that scart and hd lead is naturaly downgraded where as streaming is not

I have tested 2 OLD Original Bluray Disc's, Need to test with newer versions !
I don't use any Scart, Only Stream from Home Network or with internal/external Hdd !
The Trick is, Why a Bluray is playing nice (film ripped on a Dvd dual layer, with original m2ts files) are working, and not with original Bluray Disc ?

I have tried this. Only problem is that DTS-HD is only seem by my receiver as DTS 5.1 and not the full lossless DTS-HD MA stream.

Wonder if this is a limitation of the HDMI hardware on the DM8000, or if it can be sorted via a software update?

Use The Coax Spidf Output, or even the Optical !

Are you using a internal BD player or shared HDD ?

DTS-hd is only achievable via HDMI 1.3 or higher, dont think it supported on the DM yet.

Are you shure that Dts Hd don't work, with a digital Output ? Type Aes-Ebu, Coaxial ?
My Dac, Supports 24/192khz on the Coaxial, Optical, Coax St and Xlr Aes, so don't see why !
