well that makes no sense to me on most receivers all the transponder info can usially be modified add channels add new transponders ect it does not matter if you have hellas in the database or not all you need to start is an active frequency under any sat in your database pick any sat say astra go to add transponder enter an active transponder used by hellas then find the sat with meter after you've confirmed that you're on the right sat that is you get a picture then it should be easy to add all the hellas transponders under astra if you like or any other sat it does nor matter as it's a fixed install also there must be an option to add extra sats into the database i think it's time you seek help
I did because has you know i am struggling i went to local sat shop and he said this too me.
Think he wants the job.
Hello mmg123,
The answer is YES you can watch Bullsatcom Hellesat 39E on a Humax. I have a Humax 5400Z connected to my Pc with Fausto V`1.45. You have to make sure that your dish is installed in the right direction.
The Channel The Voice is a Free to Air Channel. So if you can see it than the dish is facing in the right direction.
The Voice: 12525 Horizontal - 30000 - 7/8.
Than just follow my post 15 from this thread:

Thanks chicka, and mb63,
When you look at the foot prints see the little island bottom right corner thats where i am. Do the foot prints have cross over the island.
Yes mmg,
Looks like Cyprus is within the footprint of Hellesat 39E. Important that you clear Free to Air Channels first. "The voice" would be the best start.
I just posted a Settings list (channel List) that includes Hotbird 13E, Astra 19E and Hellesat 39E by Traian for frequencies etc. https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthrea...720#post790720
