All the time on "http://www.satelliweb.com/index.php?section=livef". Have watched Boro and the likes. You are right depends on if it is inclined, sometimes you can and sometimes you cant. Mostly 4.2.0 have only been a few on 4.2.2. Most HD sat receivers can cope with 4.2.0
