Ive got a tm1500ci with patch for Bulsat 39e and for about 10 seconds every 30 minutes I lose picture and sound completely. Does anyone else get this? Its no big deal as it is still fantastic to get all these channels but it is curious.

if you turn the recevier off and turn back on it should be ok..
Tried turning receiver off and on but problem still exists. Thanks all the same for your input.
I think its just updating keys/codes it should come back on its own. mine does it.
Mine some times freezes for a few seconds when watching disco*ery channel..12.524H 30.000. I used to think it was Aircraft momentarily blocking line of path from dish, (live on flightpath to Airport) but not so sure...(1.2mtr Triax)
It is not so noticeable on other channels(maybe tuner or firmware) but this is not a problem for me as I just flick to disc*very science 12.647H then back again and it clears again.....
I understand how this might upset some people regarding PVR etc., but never been a major problem for me.....
if left alone, longest delay 9 to 13 seconds before all clear again......
