    youtube fix?

    Is there a way to get youtube to work on older image like 0.9.4991 or 0.94923?

    Yes. Need to replace youtube_player from 0.9.5020 firmware.

    Conect via telnet/ssh to Azbox. First remount /MMP with rw permitions.
    mount -o remount,rw /dev/hda1 /MMP
    Then copy wia FTP new youtube_player in /MMP/usr/bin/youtube_player.
    Go back /MMP in ro mode
    mount -o remount,ro /dev/hda1 /MMP.
    That is all.

    Thank you very much I will try this.

    So I have to install 09.5020 image to get the player from there,and then install 4923 and copy to 4923.

    (I wish there would be a way to mount the .bin file.)

    This did not fix youtube so there has to be some other file or url that needs to be changed I guess. The 2 players are exactly the same size.
