    Unable to tune BBCHD/BBC1HD

If I try to manually scan on 28E for 10847V 22000 3/4 I get a signal strength reading of 90% and quality zero.
On adjacent transponders such as 10788V,10832H, 10862H,10875V strength and quality are around 90%/85% and everything else is fine. No prob with other HD channels.
The DECT phone has been switched off (in case that was a cause) and although I haven't changed the LNB yet could that be the problem?

Would backing up the channel list and performing a complete re-scan of 28E help?

Strange thing is that got the HD7000 a couple of weeks ago I let it scan 28E for channels and it found the transponder.
Now, for some reason, it shows zero quality and so no BBCHD/BBC1HD The dreaded 'No signal'

Exactly the same as mine - but it shows Strength 90% Quality 0 - no signal
But, as I said, every other transponder is OK. Why just this one

It appears (if I can could it) as 6941.
The odd thing is that when I scanned originally the receiver found the transponder - and yes my mistake the FEC is 5/6 - but now BBCHD hs suddenly disappeared.

I deleted the transponder (as per a suggestion) and re-entered it with the same results, so now BBCHD doesn't appear on the channel list at all.
It's also been suggested that the Global DiSEqC switch I am using (which has never caused problems before) could be the the problem.
I'll try a direct feed from the Astra2 LNB tomorrow and see if that makes a difference

don't know the box, if you can set Fec to Auto or Fec individual: 1/2 3/4 5/6 ... If wrong fec is set, can imagine it wont open stream as you tell to read 3/4 and not read others.
I get a signal strength reading of 90% and quality zero
could be a symptom for having a wrong Fec, as strong signal is received other parameters mentioned did fit (or your reading the wrong satellite)

    Situation resolved.

Fed the 28E LNB direct to the receiver (no DiSEqc switch used) - no difference.
Took the receiver to a friends to try on a Sky dish - transponder tuned in.
Replaced the LNB on my dish and used DiSEqc switch - everything back to normal
