1 west and 28.2 east problem

hi all next problem, after installing vti 2.0 image and cateyes channels 1 w and 28.2 do not work. the satellites both have good signal strength, but if i try to go to bbc world or any channel on 28.2 i get service unavailable check tuner configuration. i installed the channels over plugins and still get the same problem. if i do a manual scan i can find and view the channels. thx for any help

Had the same problem. You will have to edit the satellites.xml too match the tunerconfiguration, which differs from VTI and OpenPLI. For example OpenPLI uses 1W for Thor and Intelsat, VTI uses 0.9W. Look up the satellite in your satellites.xml and edit the "position".

For example "-10" is 1W and "-9" is 0.9W

Hi mate

Have you looked at your tuner config when setting up did u take 2 or 4 sat option if so did u elect that bird as part of your regular brids to view from. have found in the past when you import channel settings it wipes 2 of the 4 elected birds so after you import go back to tuner settings and check all are assigned.
