    Web interface

I am thinking about buying one of these boxes tomorrow. Does anyone know, if you type in the boxes IP address into a web browser if you get a web interface with it? With my current TM9100S I like to be able to use VLC with it to take screen shots of channels. Can you do this with this box?

its basically the same machine as the 9000 but cut down

as with any device , you could use an easycap or dazzle usb adapter from the scart socket to get video onto a pc or laptop through the usb

or you can use it as a pvr and record to usb stick or usb hdd

External HDD - I got one for the S/Box last week - 320GB Samsung S2 (2.5") £46 delivered, excellant price and performance .

Just Format the drive through the S/Box to FAT 32 file system

Will give ~70/80 hrs of SD+HD recording
